1. Let’s convene a membership meeting for 5 minutes at the start to elect 2023 officers and board. (I’ll send this out separately)
2. President’s Report
a. Lehigh Wheelmen Association (LWA) asked for our advice/experience changing our name in an email and phone call this month. President Jim gave it.
b. We held an email board vote at the end of January on paying for LAB insurance for us and W@W.

4. 2023 Budget – Motion to approve (Al already shared. I’ll send it out again).
