We held the annual membership meeting as part of our annual Ride Leader Appreciation Happy Hour

Meeting called to order at 4:38 PM by President Jim
President Jim presented the nominal 2-year slate of officers:
President: Jim Logan
Vice-President: Robin Woods
Treasurer: Al Gaburri
Board Member: Dan Blumenfeld
Board Member: Eric Neumeyer
President Jim asked for additional nominations from the floor. There were none.
All in attendance voted for the slate of officers.
President Jim asked if there is any other business before the officers. Hearing none, he adjourned the meeting at 4:40 PM
