Our Annual Meeting to elect 2023 officers and board (really our end of 2022 annual meeting) is on Sunday February 25 at 5 PM just prior to our Q1 Board meeting. The only business for the annual meeting is the election of our officers and board. We have had no new nominations or volunteers to day. Dave Kasperek did resign as Secretary, but agreed to stay on as a board member. Here is the slate we are voting on.

While our bylaws allows for 2 year terms, we find it prudent to hold yearly elections when we can. Our bylaws provide that a quorum is those members participating in the meeting.
